- This Licence allows the use of Formmailer on 1 or more Websites. With each installed Instance of this Programm you need only one Licence. Websites who use this Script needs to be registered on your Name.
- As Licenced User you can change/edit This Software on your own Risk. You may authorize Third Partys to do so.
- The Original-Software or the edited Version or Parts of it may NOT be sold or given to others.
- All Copyright- and Versions-Hints who are used in Formmailer or the containing HTML-Pages who are used, created or displayed, may NOT be removed. It has to be viewable by all Users and has to be in unmodified Form. This is for all Copyright- and Versions-Hints. This excludes the Bottom Part on each Page where you may remove those.
- This Licence is based on the actual international Law
- If you Violate this Licence, your Licence may be revoked by the Company Coder-World or by the Members of Coder-World
- Formmailer and its files are without warranty that it works for your Hard&Software
- Coder-World or the Members of Coder-World are not responsible for the Content that this Software creates
- Using Formmailer is at your own Risk, Any refunds in case of a Lawsuit will only be up to the BuyingPrice of this Licence
- The Licene is usuable without any Timelimits. The Price includes free Updates for new versions for at least 365 Days after Paytime
Note: There are No Resale- or School/Student- Versions. According to the Licence each Website-User has to Buy the Licence for himself. |
